Caches could maintain a DPO list of sites robots found objects from which they
then deposited in the cache. Reactive d1 controllers (would need to be created)
would then be able to gain a lot of the benefits of memory by exploiting the
environment without actually needing memory. This would make modeling swarms
employing caches using differential equations easy, in comparison to doing it
with DPO swarms.
