feat: 2.0.0 Backport invil 0.1.7 features

Version 2.0.0 should:

• Backport enough of invil 0.1.7 to align common interests
  • invil 0.1.8 should:
    • align the new short flags to the already existing long versions
    • Include the CFLAGS handling
    • Consider switching its default output file to anvil.log
• Have a solid base to reference when extending invil with --strict flag
  • invil should turn off its extensions and ensure backwards compatibility, to avoid forcing amboso to upgrade.
