Relevant pango-designation issues

Creating an issue here in case this gets buried in the Slack channel:

@jeromekelleher suggests, "A useful thing to do for the paper would be to add links for the relevant pango-designation issues for the various VoCs with up the seed/origin issues on GitHub. That's where much of the original analysis was done and it'll be helpful to have that easily accessible without having to hunt around. We will definitely want to write up this process in the paper, so getting all the info straight somewhere on GitHub would be a good step forward."
