This PR bumps the AWS LB controller to the version 2.6.0 which changelog is defined here: aws/eks-charts#981

The helmfile diff and the changelog shows no major changes.

💡 The new 2.6.0 greatkly decrease the configuration burden with the NLB when the node pools of EKS cluster are not supposed to be exposed. It's the case for the eks-public cluster: its behavior should not change but its setup will be vastly easier if we have to re-create it
