Our team uses the
NOT_BUILTstatus on jobs when we're skipping pipeline builds for one reason or another.Currently NOT_BUILT jobs get the same icon as ABORTED, which makes it a little more work to discern which is which.
This PR adds the trip origin icon (an empty circle) to represent NOT_BUILT jobs.
