Bioconda atropos package tied to python 3.6 #123

Do you have an idea why the bioconda package is tied to python 3.6? I am trying to track down conda dependency issues and this may be one of them.

I do not know. I've updated the recipe to specify 3.6+ - hopefully that will fix the issue. bioconda/bioconda-recipes#26174
