still working on obstacle speed (circular movement does not seem to have specified velocity)

dynamic obstacles can now be defined in settings file (straight_line, back_forth,circle)
the environment that is chosen by the simulator if the user does not select anything will now be the default environment and not the environment the user was using during the last time simiam was running
several robot properties will be adjustable during the experiment execution
slider adjusts speed in AOandGTG controller
