I have added instructions for a slight alternative to this command should a user get a certain error as shown in this forum link

I have added the workaround if one receives an error caused by the python interpreter trying to use python3 to execute the populate.py file. As the current docs simply say "python populate.py" this may cause issues where the python executable is symlinked to python3.x.
