2024.10.0: Fixing unavailable entities

Refactored sensor.py to, hopefully, better create and update any entities.

Added another event code for delivered to safeplace items.

Removed update interval for removal and new mail piece coordinators.

Changed update interval for mail pieces coordinator to every 30 minutes in order to try and address api rate limiting.
