We are noticing some behavior this week in office hours that lead us to believe that when students sign up during the same time interval (second?) they are non-deterministically sorted, and therefore when the queue refreshes the students who signed up at the same time are randomly reordered, causing confusion on the students end. A potential solution could be to create a tie-breaker based on uniqname?
