Synopsys Privacy Policy
Synopsys is committed to protecting the online privacy of our customers and users of our products and services. The privacy practices described in this privacy policy apply to users of our products and services, including use of Synopsys Detect (the “Product”).
We strive to treat your personal information as safely and securely as reasonably possible. Please read the following privacy policy to better understand how your personal information may be collected and used as you use our Products and Services. As described below, your information may be collected by Synopsys, Inc. (“Synopsys”), disclosed to third parties, and used by third parties and Synopsys. This privacy policy describes the information we collect about you, how that information is used by our Products and Services, and what may happen to that information.
We occasionally employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from our internal customer lists, analyzing data, and providing marketing assistance. REGISTRATION

LOG FILES
Our Products and Services gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamp.
We use this information to analyze and administer the use of our Products and Services. This information is used to manage and improve the usability, performance and effectiveness of our Products and Services.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Synopsys. Also, we reserve the right to fully use and disclose any information collected from your use of our Products and Services that is not in a personally identifiable form.
CHOICE AND OPT-OUT
If you do not want us to gather your personally identifiable information in connection with your use of our Products and Services, you may opt-out by submitting your request to us at [email protected]. Please note that other data recipients have their own data privacy policies, which may differ from ours and you would have to contact them separately with respect to opt-out requests. You also should understand that having a business relationship with us is voluntary, but it may be impossible to work with you without processing some personal data about you such as your contact information.
