Instructions:

• Download the spreadsheet as an Excel file
• Save as Excel 2004 XML Spreadsheet
• Process generate-bibliophilly-keywords.xsl against this XML spreadsheet file
• The resulting bibliophilly-keywords.xml comes back to Github as the lastest version and it pulled in when new manuscripts are ingested into OPenn
