Hey Jackuess,
I was experiencing empty pages on SVT Program A-Ö browsing so went ahead and did these fixes. Hope it works for you.
Best regards
Mike

@jackuess SVTPlay has been broken for a long time, please accept the pull request and release a new Windows binary. Thank you!

@ Sire. True. The SVTPlay has been broken for a while. I have tried to update my files manually and I get the list working but it gets stuck on Loading when trying to se a show list.

Not sure all these file changes are working perfectly but I would also appreciate a new release of the windows binary to be able to replace all files correctly since I am a no good programmer :-)

Guys, I have made an automated installation that puts all the files in the right places. Run the install file from https://github.com/mikewse/pirateplayer-patch on an old installation and it will start working again.

Thanks Mike. I also found a working alternative for those that can't (or can't be bothered) to compile: https://github.com/spaam/svtplay-dl

I think you misunderstood, there is no need to compile anything with the installation script I pointed to. You just run it and your old Pirateplayer installation will start to work. Behind the scenes it will actually use svtplay-dl as back-end and the Pirateplayer front-end provides channel listings.

Now downloading works flawlessly. Sadly the browsing still does not work for me. Hangs at "Loading" or "Laddar..." in swedish when entering a certain tv show.

This seems to be locked in a loop

BTW, tv4 works perfect but STV and SVT open archive does not (for me anyway)

Right, it seems SVT just made some changes.

Svtplay is fixed but had to remove oppetarkiv as they have switched to https which I seem unable to patch up in Pirateplayer. Just run the install script again to get updated.
