The mount location **cannot** be set to `/Volumes` where the directory is not writable. The default is set to `~/Library/Group Containers/G69SCX94XU.duck/Library/Application Support/duck/Volumes.noindex`.

Using Mountain Duck 4.17 and later the mount location has been changed to `~/Library/Application Support/Mountain Duck/Volumes` to prevent issues with preview and QuickLook in _Finder.app_.
