Ansible 2.9x does not recognize the changed filter, causing a failure here.

Fatal: [default]: FAILED! => {"msg": "The conditional check 'motomo_sql_dump_create | changed' failed. The error was: template error while templating string: no filter named 'changed'.

applied to ansible 2.10 as well. Fix in #10 works.
