To play with the MMR Rando you need a USA N64 MM rom, and the download in the release folder.

Extract the whole randomizer, not just the exe, out of the archive.

Open the rando, change settings as you like, give rando the file location of your rom, and hit the randomization button and tell rando where to put your output rom. That rom will be randomized while your input rom remains intact. You cannot re-randomize a previously randomized rom, or a decompressed rom, only the vanilla rom can be used as input.
