add check that item is still on a sort pad before teleporting to catchall target.  Catchall was stealing items back from sort targets.

Fix catch all and replace barrier requirement

Fixed the catch-all sorting.
Enabled all players access by changing barrier block requirement to amethyst block for teleportation pads.

MC 1.17 Support

Updated to support 1.17.
Added catch-all sorting to move any items without sort targets.
Added feature to pull items from the ground that are ~2 minutes old.
