This PR modifies the
snapraid_runner_commandto first send a ping to the/startendpoint of the healthcheck before continuing forward with the already existing invocation of the runner and then the final healthcheck ping.This modification allows healthcheck.io to calculate the job execution time without any additional changes that may break existing use of the role.
