[interfaces] update automated_testing submodule to latest version

This updates the automated testing submodule in order to have the latest API definitions. This update includes:

• Add endpoint to access user notifications observed by virtual user automated_testing_interfaces#21
• [openapi] move or add fields from injection.yaml to commons.yaml automated_testing_interfaces#25
• [openapi] common: update objects to v22a definitions automated_testing_interfaces#28
• [openapi] injection API: add aircraft_type to TestFlight automated_testing_interfaces#26
• [openapi] observation API: add missing optional fields declared in the standard automated_testing_interfaces#27
