Our
@requires_scopedecorator is a little misleading because it actually wants a list of scopes. So, if one scope is provided, it acts as if each character in the string is a provided scope. This PR fixes that issue by detecting whether a string was provided and, if so, wraps it in a single-element list. It then strips the list wrappers from all single-scope endpoints.
