This PR works on finalizing our NetRID testing resources by cleaning up documentation. Non-standard requirements are detailed, unimplemented checks are marked with TODO, and various typos and small improvements are fixed and made. The subscription validation test documentation is substantially updated to have a more granular breakdown into smaller test steps and clearer, separate test checks.
