Issue seems to have been introduced by
#152#151 where theexit 1is not invoked when the report is not successful, see: https://github.com/interuss/monitoring/pull/151/files#diff-28f9d1dd841705b1cdb452898806b707efd57e6810dbaa8d27156044eb50c0f9R79Tested that this fixes the issue with commit 59fb9e3 (for which the CI expectedly fails).
