Setting up Verboice channels
Until we fully automate the Verboice configuration in ActiveMonitoring, there are some manual steps you have to take on Verboice to set up the communication channels.
Create a new Project in Verboice, and set the Status Callback URL with the value specified in the "Choose a Channel" step in the Campaign creation page. Leave both User & Password fields blank.
Inside the Project, go to the "Call Flows" tab and select "Add Call Flow". Change its Mode from "Design your app in Verboice" to "Use an external application", and fill the URL with the "Call Flow Callback URL" you see in the Campaign creation form. Once again, leave the User & Password fields empty.
Set up your communication channel in Verboice. The specific configurations may vary between different providers, so read the official related Verboice documentation. Choose the Call Flow created in the previous step as the channel's "Call Flow for incoming calls".
Refresh the Campaign creation page, and scroll down to the "Choose a Channel" step. You should see your channel listed there, or some instructions to authorize Verboice's channels to be shown in the app. Follow the instructions, if any, and select the channel whenever you see it - then you're all set up!
