Describe the bug
Observations with valid lat/lon but unspecified positional accuracy are mapped in Location Picker as if their latitude is unspecified.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove positional accuracy from one of your observations using the website.
  2. Go to MyObs, ObsDetails, ObsEdit
  3. Tap on location; it should have valid Lat and Lon along with "Acc: none".
  4. See error

Screenshot_20241218-062806

The cross hair circle is the size of a continent and it is not centered at the observation's location.

Expected behavior
Show a cross hair circle of a reasonable radius and center it at the observation's location.

Context (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Pixel 7 Pro
  • OS: Android 15
  • App version: v0.57.0 (132)

Additional context
The app appears to treat a missing positional accuracy exactly like a missing latitude.
