Note: designs are not final

Logged in mode builds on MOB-317, with a few differences:

Header text should display user icon and username
List/grid view should show the upload button for unuploaded observations, the edit button for observations without a datetime or location, and no button for uploaded observations
If there are observations without a datetime/location, show a warning above the grid/list view and below the header
