Adds a flag for the POM attestor so users can point to a specific
pom.xml.This addresses in-toto/witness#282 and #99 as it allows the user to generate an "effective-pom
withmvn help:effective-pom -Doutput=./effective-pom.xml, which can then be specified when runningwitness`.
