Mono audio pass and volume adjustment

Adjusts a number of audio files to be mixed to mono to work with the positional audio system. The volume of these files have also been adjusted to better match what they should be at with positional audio working. Additional editing was done to the cargorilla files to remove dead air at the beginning of files and the BROSnades files were edited to remove popping sounds to have parity with edits done to the bros_hit and bros_hurt sounds.
