goje v1.2.3

first public release of goje. hope someday i will be used by more people than myself. also, I get more money out of it :)
at this moment I have no vision for "goje"...
just developing it to be a better software...
for now, goje only has deb and rpm packages but you can make windows and macOS versions if you wish... no problem with me just let me know If you did...
