Fixes #1
iw dev wlan0 link provides detailed information on the wireless interface.
grep SSID filters SSID and prints it out.

@Sidharth-Singh10 please extract the SSID from the data grep(ed) and then display if separately using echo! Currently it's just a poorly formatted!
