== Building on NERSC Platforms

Only works on hopper, until boost is installed on franklin:

module load gsl
module load boost
module swap PrgEnv-pgi PrgEnv-gnu

../configure --without-minuit2 --with-boost=$BOOST_DIR LDFLAGS="-L$GSL_DIR/lib -L$BOOST_DIR/lib" CPPFLAGS="-I$GSL_DIR/include" CXX=CC --disable-shared

== Repository Management 

This package is maintained with git. Tagged exports to svn are currently done using:

git tag -s -m '...' vXX
git archive --format=tar --prefix=likely-XX/ vXX | gzip > /tmp/likely-XX.tar.gz

cd ...
tar -zxf /tmp/likely-XX.tar.gz
svn commit
svn tag
