Common Reports module

A bundle of reports that consume the OpenMRS Reporting module.

Embedded Reports:

• Patient History, an easy-to-read PDF rendered report of the entire patient file or individual encounters of the patient file.
• Cambodia MoH HC1 'I. Outpatient Consultation (OPD)' report.
• Cambodia MPA Guidelines for Health Center Development 2008 ~ 2015 'Outpatient Record Book'.
