This PR is to merge further change made in lbl-srg/modelica-buildings#3976 after PR #1923 was merged.
Namely, texts and the figure from the documentation of
Buildings.Fluid.HydronicConfigurationswere copied here. As theHydronicConfigurationspackage is not available in IBPSA and other downstream libraries, users will no longer need to rely on an external link to review how the default curve was generated.
