- Updates for CENTOS 7 documentation
- Use standard log output format as other plugins
- Add etcd installation instructions
- Slights modifications to devstack/plugins.sh
- remove check on VL_API_SW_INTERFACE_DETAILS
- db.py was not up to date with the schema
- fixes some typo
