Here is a first attempt to replace dropdown by a <select> with flag emojis.

Peek 14-11-2021 09-19

This approach is much lighter and is more usable on mobile devices.

This is a work in progress . Any help is welcome.

TODO:

  • replace dropdown by <select>
  • remove now-useless code and css
  • use v-model for the <select>
  • check what happens with preferred countries
  • ensure compatibility with previous versions
  • fix look and css
  • fix tests
  • probably much more...
