This is a release of the data and analysis script corresponding to our manuscript:

Download the zipped code and extract on your computer.
Open the script analysis_script_github.R in Rstudio. Ensure the datafile data_matrix_DEC2017.txt is in the same folder. Ensure that all the folders inside the script are set correctly.
Using Rstudio, you can check the analyses reported in our manuscript.
