Resolves #57 adding the mvn wrapper. This is new to me, however I'm a huge fan of the gradle wrapper for all the reasons. I have a preference for gradle but this seems like a good addition. The down-side is the project seems inactive for 2 years. The plus side is that it looks like it will be a standard part of Maven 4: https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/apache-maven-wrapper/
