HPCC4J-611 Add OpenTelemetry tracing to dfsclient

- Updated event attribute reporting
- Fixed trace structure in dfsclient protocol
- Added tracing to FileUtility
- Improved operation tracking in TaskContext
- Added FileReadContext & FileWriteContext to DFSClient APIs
