HPCC-30360 Allow empty kind attribute when listing Groups

Looks fine.
This is an old bug, surfacing perhaps because the UI is now automatically making requests with kind that didn't happen before (?) (but could)

Perhaps should target 8.12

I imported a group with empty 'kind' attribute and reproduced the issue using a request with a 'kind' attribute filter (on 8.12.x, 9.0,x, 9.2.x, and 9.4.x). I also tested this fix.
