Create the Page for Generating New Email Template with HTML found in the Super Admin Email Management Dashboard

What did you do?

I have implemented the GenerateEmailTemplate component with shadcn-ui form, input, button, alert components, and Breadcrumbs, allowing users to input an HTML link to generate a new email template and view tips, with redirection to a preview page on success.
