What I was asked to do
Implement a reusable latest acticle card component that accepts props of the card content as seen in the design. Implement both the web and mobile view of the component.

What I did
Implemented the reusable latest article card component as seen in the figma design which receives the following props:
title: string;
description: string;
profileImage: string;
name: string;
time: string;
creationDate: string;
image: string;
link: string;
tag: string;
The component can be located at /app/components/article/LatestArticle.tsx
