fix: add superadmin create products to include category

Description

Implemented the SuperAdminProductController which allows a super admin to create a new product in the system. The feature includes:
An endpoint for creating products (POST /api/v1/products).

Motivation and Context

This change is required to provide super admins with the capability to create products in the system, thereby facilitating better product management and ensuring that only authorized personnel can perform such actions.

This has been tested on PostMan
