Description

This PR is for merging the dev branch into the staging branch. This includes all recent changes and updates from dev to ensure that the staging branch is up-to-date with the latest development progress.

How Has This Been Tested?

The changes were tested by running all existing unit tests and integration tests to ensure compatibility and stability. Additionally, manual testing was performed to verify that key features function correctly.
