chore: add staging deploy

Description

1. Add a staging deploy workflow
2. Add volumes for Redis
3. Remove development and staging workflows
4. Add a single workflow that builds and runs tests on pull requests
5. Delete unnecessary files
   ​

​1. Local tests on local machine
