Issues with browser components

• About component modularization, it's one of goal for content module and chrome. It needs much effort to refactor or even redesign the code. Really a huge task. See details here: http://www.chromium.org/developers/content-module

• It seems the progress is not so satisfied. But one good news is that Chromium is going to provide a WebView for Android, which needs many browser components without dependencies in chrome so some of them are modularized now in $chromium-src/components. http://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/browser-components
