  • latest tag is now bound to jammy
  • rolling tag is now bound to noble lts
    • python2 was removed due to its incompatibility with libssl3 on Ubuntu Noble
    • distutils is deprecated and was removed on python 3.12 (the default python on Ubuntu Noble)
    • installations of pip libraries outside of apt-get require the --break-system-packages flag
  • ubuntu:noble and ubuntu_dev:noble tags added

hivesolutions/ubuntu_dev:noble is failing because hivesolutions/ubuntu:noble is not yet available. both are being added with this PR.
