Add new folder such as notebooks, .py file and dataset

I hope you're doing well!

You'll find the following in this pull request:

• yolov10_usecase: This notebook corresponds to the previous version of YOLOv10, before Ultralytics released their repository.
• The dataset "image_test": I selected only a few images to test the model.
• yolov10_with_customdataset: This notebook uses YOLOv10 from the original Ultralytics repository with our new dataset. However, there is an error in this notebook that I am working to resolve. Once it's fixed, I'll push the updated version.
