Check-in Component & SN Integration Testing

The check-in instance handling component has been implemented. The component as well as ServiceNow integration are under testing. They will soon be ready for production in v1.5.

Beta release with ServiceNow connection

This is a beta release of the system with ServiceNow connection in walk-in instance creation and update.

Beta release w/o ServiceNow connection

This is the beta release of the STS integrated system. Features included as below:

1. UI/UX overhaul, switched theme to Material-Bootstrap-Design
2. Mobile display (only for tablets) optimization
3. Walk-in service modal now has house call conversion and resolution type selection functions
4. Instance listing page now has search function (By user id, user name, and date)
5. User verification if (user did not exist in the database)
6. Updated license and documentations

Future work:

1. Service Now integration (requestor built but not tested)
2. Unit testing creation
3. Server load testing
4. Check-in component

STS Integrated System v0.1 Release

This version of STS Integrated System includes basic walk-in instance handling and admin panel to work on submitted instances. This version is not optimized for mobile display and has not integrated with ServiceNow and Emory online directory APIs.
