Complete the list of anatomical landmarks with proper cross refs

I made the list of landmarks needed for sensor location annotation. Still, proper cross-references to other ontologies are needed. The pull request's ETA is 10/15.

@neuromechanist Just a reminder that you cannot merge from a main branch on your repository. You must create a slam_xxx branch to update the slam schema. The GitHub actions block changes to files that are not in the appropriate directory as indicated by the branch name.

slam_xxx branch can only make changes in the slam-related directories and files. Other branches are not allowed to make changes in the slam directories. The changes then trigger validation and rewriting of the other formats of the schema.

I've made a TODO issue: #267 to update the documentation to more fully explain this.
