Prerequisites :

1. The PromotedState Column should not be readonly.To do so run the following powershell cmds.

Get-PnPField -List "Site Pages" -Identity "PromotedState" 

2. Copy the ID and paste it below in Identity

Building the code

git clone the repo
npm i
npm i -g gulp
gulp

This package produces the following:

• lib/* - intermediate-stage commonjs build artifacts
• dist/* - the bundled script, along with other resources
• deploy/* - all resources which should be uploaded to a CDN.
