This 'lil bot will live on the #handshake channel and offer tokens to users
Users who have signed up on our Web app will receive a validation code to give to our Bot.
In order to qualify, the user will need to pass a valid code to the Bot.
The Bot will use /msg NickServ info <NICK> to validate the registration date of a given user.
To qualify, a user must have a freenode account over 6 months old
